Troubles and Triumphs in MS Diagnosis
For Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Primary Care Physicians

In this educational video, patients describe the often frustrating search for an explanation of the cause of their mystifying symptoms. The program was developed to help primary care providers recognize and diagnose multiple sclerosis. It will also discuss prognosis, counseling, and the role of primary care in MS management.

Early symptoms of multiple sclerosis are vague and nonspecific, but early treatment can improve long-term outcomes. The 4 video faculty members provide practical hints for making this difficult diagnosis.
