As head of a medical communications agency for almost 20 years, Stephanie G. Phillips has managed a wide variety of projects, but excellence in medical writing and relevance of content has been a consistent feature of her work.

Dr. Phillips learned medical marketing as an advertising copywriter at the pharmaceutical advertising agencies Kallir Philips Ross and Sieber & McIntyre. She served as Director of Public Relations at a biotechnology subsidiary of Ares-Serono and set up the copywriting department at Lederle’s in-house advertising agency.
  

Stephanie G. Phillips, PhD

Originally a bench scientist and lecturer in cell biology, genetics, and immunology, Dr. Phillips has successfully applied her academic outlook to the medical communications field. She performed research for 16 years at the University of Chicago, Washington University in St. Louis, the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University.
